Face masks are required regardless of vaccination status.
Ticket buyers must have a completed COVID-19 vaccination card, with their final dose at least fourteen days prior to the event, or a negative COVID-19 test result from a test taken 72 hours or less prior to the event.
All patrons attending an event are required to bring the following items for anyone over age 5:
- Vaccination card
- Proof of negative Covid-19 test at least 72 hours prior
- Proof of ID
Do not enter if you are sick or feeling symptoms such as: fever, chills, muscle pain, headache, sore throat, cough, or shortness of breath/difficulty breathing.
Staff, customers, clients, patrons, guests and visitors are encouraged to cover their mouth and nose with their sleeve or a tissue when coughing or sneezing, and to frequently wash and sanitize their hands while inside the facility.
Catalyst’s COVID-19 Preparedness Plan follows the industry guidance developed by the state of Minnesota, which is based upon Centers for Disease Control and Prevention (CDC) and Minnesota Department of Health (MDH) guidelines for COVID-19, Minnesota Occupational Safety and Health Administration (MNOSHA) statutes, rules and standards, and Minnesota’s relevant and current executive orders.
