This includes specific use of the space for band/music rehearsals, photo shoots, music video shoots. This includes access to the space as is and available music equipment.

$35/Hour, 3 Hour Rental Minimum

This includes use of the space for non-music related events and meetings by local businesses and organizations.

The rentals are offered in half day (4 hour) or full day (8 hour) increments.

These rentals include access to The Garage main room and lounge spaces, as well as available audio visual/sound equipment.

Setup of the space to be determined by The Garage staff and client. If The Garage cannot provide what the client is needing with existing inventory, the client will be required to provide their own event equipment and necessary labor for setup. The client may rent all necessary equipment from a licensed rental vendor or provide from their own inventory.

Delivery and removal of all event equipment must take place on the day of the event unless otherwise arranged with The Garage staff.

The Garage does not provide meal catering or event hospitality services. All food and beverage services must be arranged by the client.

Client is responsible for clean up and removal of any food and beverage brought into the space.

Half Day Rental (4 hours): $250 plus $50 cleaning fee

Full Day Rental (8 hours): $400 plus $100 cleaning fee
